Incompatible Surfaces: This light is not suitable for ceilings with joists and gypsum boards or wood panels, as these materials may lead to noise or wobbling issues. Installation Restrictions: Avoid installing on prefabricated ceilings. However, installation on solid concrete or wooden beams is safe and recommended. Grooved Ceilings: If your ceiling features round or square grooves, kindly reach out to our customer service team with the groove’s diameter and depth for proper guidance. Sloped Ceiling Caution: This light is not designed for sloped ceilings. The beam width must be at least 6 cm, and the ceiling should be able to support a load of over 20 kg.
