We used two of these in our open dining area and I'm really happy with how they turned out. They give off a nice warm light in the evening and work really well with the rest of the room.
One of the shades arrived scratched, but customer service arranged a replacement right away, which was reassuring. I did have to wait about another week for the new one, but honestly, that wasn't too bad.

The dining area used to have a fixture with a lot of little parts hanging everywhere. This feels much easier to live with and there's less going on above your head.

The remote works great and all the settings do what they’re supposed to. The light looks beautiful too. My only complaint is that the remote is a bit big. A smaller one would be even better.
